Latest regulatory agenda for U.S. EPA sets April target for new requirements around water cybersecurity

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is aiming to issue updated cybersecurity guidance and requirements for water operators by April 2022, according to the latest version of the federal government’s biennial unified regulatory agenda, posted Friday by the Office of Management and Budget.
