Krebs and Stamos launch cybersecurity firm, with SolarWinds as early client

Former CISA Director Christopher Krebs and Alex Stamos of the Stanford Internet Observatory have unveiled a new cybersecurity firm and will help SolarWinds recover from a massive hack of its Orion network management product affecting federal and private-sector systems.

The new Krebs Stamos Group says it will work with clients to understand threats, identify weaknesses and to grasp “the role they play in the security of our wider society.”
