The Army Cyber Institute will lead the third iteration of its “Jack Voltaic” cybersecurity exercise this April in two cities -- Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA -- as the military increasingly focuses on the need to ensure civilian infrastructure resiliency against cyber attacks in order to fulfill its own missions.
