Industry framing key liability issues to consider in info-sharing legislation around supply chain risk

Industry members of a government-private sector task force are spelling out the liability provisions needed in possible information sharing legislation intended to bolster supply chain security, saying companies must have protection from exposure in areas including defamation, anticompetitive behavior, and breach of confidentiality to encourage reporting risks involving other vendors.
