House China select committee report on Taiwan recommends action to shore up U.S. critical infrastructure security

The House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party in a report urges action to strengthen cybersecurity around U.S. port operations, and also to move on “testing and evaluating” the security of software that “underpins” U.S. critical infrastructure, as key steps in deterring a possible Chinese military attack on the island of Taiwan.
