House China panel proposes ban on federal agencies using artificial intelligence tech from foreign adversaries

The bipartisan leadership of the House China select committee has rolled out bicameral legislation to bar federal agencies from using artificial intelligence technology originating from foreign adversaries, in its latest effort to promote U.S. companies in the field over those tied to Beijing.
