Georgetown researchers recommend mandatory AI incident reporting to help manage risks

A recent report from Georgetown University’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology finds six types of “harm mechanisms” are accompanying the growing deployment of artificial intelligence and urges “comprehensive” incident tracking and mandatory reporting to get ahead of the threats.
