Former Obama cyber official to testify on election security 'playbook' at Senate Armed Services hearing

Michael Sulmeyer, the director of the cyber program at Harvard University's Belfer Center, plans to highlight an upcoming “playbook” on ways state and local election officials can improve election security during his appearance today at a Senate Armed Services subcommittee hearing.
