FCC mid-spectrum rule is finalized, ‘accounts for’ security and other concerns raised by stakeholders

The Federal Communications Commission has posted its final rule on unlicensed use of mid-band spectrum, a move intended to enable Internet of Things growth that also spurred cybersecurity concerns among some industries, state officials and public safety groups.
