Evans: Energy Department 'uniquely' positioned to lead on cybersecurity for pipelines

A key Department of Energy official's comments Friday appeared to bolster a bipartisan play by House Energy and Commerce Committee leaders to secure DOE's cybersecurity oversight role for pipelines, even as the House Homeland Security Committee is trying to codify the role of a separate DHS agency.
