Donohue: Cybersecurity among top priorities in U.S. Chamber's 2019 agenda

U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Thomas Donohue highlighted cybersecurity in a speech today laying out the business community's top policy priorities for 2019, noting among other issues that using export controls as a means of preventing intellectual property theft from China is complicated by privacy concerns.
