DHS Secretary Nielsen calls for 'whole of society' approach to cyber threats in state-of-homeland speech

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen today called for a “whole of society” approach to mitigating cyber threats during her 2019 “State of the Homeland Address,” adding that on her list of threats, the word “cyber is circled, highlighted, and underlined.”
