Cyber ‘startup foundry’ sees over-regulation as risk to artificial intelligence development

LAS VEGAS. DataTribe, a venture capital firm that funds and incubates cybersecurity startups, sees over-zealous regulation as a potential drag on investment in artificial intelligence innovations, while agreeing on the need for “light-weight guardrails” to address security risks as firms offer up the technology for use in cyber and other purposes.
