Cyber community weighs government shutdown impacts, DHS role

The limited scope of a partial government shutdown -- which could come later this week -- still leaves open the prospect of cyber attacks and heightened reconnaissance of federal networks, according to some cybersecurity leaders, while others in the cyber community say security systems won't miss a beat during a short closure.
