Cyber attorney Megan Brown: EO kicks off regulatory push on software, but public input may be limited

A flurry of regulatory activity affecting software and other vendors who work with federal agencies will be unleashed by President Biden’s cybersecurity executive order, says Wiley Rein attorney Megan Brown, who cautions that the process is so compressed there will be limited opportunity for critical public input.
