Court approves water industry groups’ petition to intervene in lawsuit over EPA cyber regulation

A U.S. court of appeals has granted intervenor status to two water industry groups in a case brought by states against new cybersecurity requirements for public water systems being implemented by the Environmental Protection Agency.
