Conspiracies aside, automated info-sharing system still faces challenges

Whether or not the Trump White House is trying to cast aspersions on a Department of Homeland Security cyber information-sharing system, the DHS program still faces challenges in the ongoing struggle to develop an effective, national info-sharing ecosystem.
