Congressional Update: Cyber funding gets a foothold, nominees and election reform advance

The cyber agency and federal IT managers may get new resources after all in the pending COVID-19 relief measure, while the Senate continues work to fill out security-related posts in President Biden’s Cabinet, and House Democrats have added cyber provisions to the election reform bill moving toward a final vote in that chamber.
