Commerce Secretary Ross says Huawei to remain on 'Entity List'

Chinese telecom giant Huawei will remain on the Bureau of Industry and Security’s “Entity List,” Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said today, adding that export licenses for companies seeking to sell to Huawei will remain “under presumption of denial” but Commerce will issue licenses in cases when national security is not at stake.
