CISA's new 'Strategic Intent' document on long-term objectives highlights China, 5G issues

China, supply chain, and “5G’ issues are highlighted in a new strategic document released today by the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, which offers an organizational framework for the agency’s priorities and operations over the coming “years and decades."

CISA’s “Strategic Intent” lists the five “operational priorities” for the director as: “China, supply chain, and 5G; election security; soft target security; federal cybersecurity; and industrial control systems."

It also describes twin goals of “defending today” and “securing tomorrow,”...
