Bipartisan zeal for blocking Chinese suppliers blooms at Senate Commerce hearing on 5G development

The top Democrat on the Senate Commerce Committee urged scrutiny of foreign components for securely building next generation -- 5G -- networks, in remarks that the panel’s Republican chairman said show a bipartisan approach to advancing the technology.
