Administration touts election-security work; House Dems tee up their bill

U.S. officials say they are seeing efforts by foreign governments to probe election infrastructure -- though they haven't detected any successful hacks so far aimed at the 2020 elections -- and the Department of Homeland Security as well as intelligence and other agencies are expanding efforts to help defend state and local election systems.
