House passes legislation to create cyber vulnerability bug bounty program at State Dept.

The House passed legislation Tuesday night to reduce cyber vulnerabilities at the State Department through the creation of a bug bounty program, a quick move at the start of the 116th Congress on a bill that cleared the House in the last Congress but didn't advance through the Senate.
