House bill to create ‘vulnerability disclosure policy’ for DHS websites

On Sept. 7, 2018, House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) introduced H.R. 6735, a bill that directs the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security to establish a “vulnerability disclosure policy” for DHS internet sites within 90 days of the legislation being signed into law.
