Secretary Tillerson announces plan to establish cyber bureau at State Dept.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson informed lawmakers today that he will establish a new bureau for cyberspace, a move that comes as Congress is considering legislation that would re-establish a cybersecurity coordinator office and could deflate political momentum for imposing cyber diplomacy requirements on the Trump administration.
