FTC seeks input on assessing 'injury' as it readies to take on greater role in data enforcement

The Federal Trade Commission has set a 45-day public comment period for input on assessing injury from data privacy and security breaches as the commission is set to take on a greater role in enforcement of the internet, while the Federal Communications Commission is poised to repeal the Obama-era net-neutrality order.
