Head of auto industry’s ISAC cites ‘chilling effect’ of lawsuit on cyber info-sharing
A subpoena for data from the Automotive Information Sharing and Analysis Center in an ongoing lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has had a “chilling effect” on automakers’ and other stakeholders’ willingness to share cyber threat information, according to the Auto-ISAC’s executive director, despite a court decision to quash the subpoena.
