Kelly move to White House comes amid DHS reorganization efforts

President Trump Friday announced that Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly would replace Reince Priebus as White House chief of staff, leaving the top position at DHS open as efforts are underway on Capitol Hill to reorganize and elevate the department’s cyber functions.

Trump said on Twitter that Kelly would replace Priebus, highlighting his achievements as DHS secretary since taking office in January.
