Bipartisan action on cybersecurity offers path for Congress to reassert oversight role

The House and Senate last week moved significant pieces of bipartisan legislation related to the nation's cybersecurity that indicate a renewed push by lawmakers to reassert their role in overseeing executive branch cyber functions and its agenda on the issue.
