U.S. Steel drops cyber espionage charge against Chinese company
U.S. Steel has filed a motion to withdraw a trade-secrets theft claim against a Chinese manufacturer in a case at the U.S. International Trade Commission, with the iconic American steelmaker suggesting that “corporate victim[s]” of state-sponsored cyber espionage face undue burdens in proving a case under current law.
