Trump's draft cyber order drills down on 'authorities, capabilities' for protecting critical sectors

A draft of President Trump's forthcoming cybersecurity executive order currently being circulated would establish a process for determining government and industry “authorities and capabilities” for securing critical infrastructure sectors, with a focus on the electric, communications, and defense sectors.
