FCC, FTC leaders pledge cooperation on controversial broadband privacy rules

The chairmen of the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission pledged to cooperate on proposed FCC privacy requirements at a Senate hearing where the impact of the proposal on the FTC's authority was questioned by lawmakers.
