Commerce Dept. extends deadline for comment on Internet of Things policy

The Commerce Department's National Telecommunications and Information Administration announced Wednesday that it is extending a deadline for public comment on the “current technological and policy landscape” for the Internet of Things.

NTIA extended the deadline from May 23 to June 2, following feedback from industry stakeholders requesting more time for comment.

The NTIA effort, announced in March, is intended to convene stakeholders to discuss IoT policy.
