NCD nominee Cairncross lays out vision for White House office in Senate appearance

Nominee Sean Cairncross outlined how the Office of the National Cyber Director should fit into the work of the Trump administration, at a Senate hearing which eschewed allowing nominees to provide opening statements orally to the panel in favor of getting directly to asking questions.
