Security leader Clinton raises potential for Green bill to solve cyber workforce struggles

A workforce bill from House Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) could vastly improve efforts to address a nationwide shortage of cybersecurity workers, especially within the federal government, according to Internet Security Alliance president and CEO Larry Clinton.
