House passes bill to reform Federal Acquisition Security Council, while Senate Homeland schedules markup

The House passed legislation on Tuesday evening to make changes to the Federal Acquisition Security Council, including allowing lawmakers to have a greater say in the interagency body’s work and establishing a FASC program management office in the Office of the National Cyber Director.
