Mayorkas calls for ‘cyber-social compact’ to bolster security at Munich cyber conference

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas detailed his vision for a “cyber-social compact” today to world leaders in Munich, focused on three principles including “burden-sharing” and putting place “minimum-security standards.”
