Tech group raises concerns over implementation of Federal Acquisition Security Council order process

The Federal Acquisition Security Council needs to provide a “reasonable implementation period” when the interagency body starts issuing removal and exclusion orders for covered products and services, according to the Information Technology Industry Council, which responded to an interim rule to update the government’s acquisition regulations.
