Forrester research finds cybersecurity, data privacy concerns limit generative AI adoption

Cybersecurity and data privacy issues are slowing the adoption of generative AI tools in enterprise organizations, according to a recent Forrester report, which dives into why decision-makers are hesitant to operationalize the emerging technology.

Nearly forty percent of “enterprise AI decision-makers” say data privacy and security concerns are among the greatest barriers to generative AI adoption, the report says. It was released on Dec. 12.
