MITRE launches industry coalition to support NIST post-quantum cryptography efforts

MITRE is bringing together industry players to form a coalition focused on boosting the federal government’s efforts to plan for the implementation of post-quantum cryptography algorithms.

The PQC Coalition intends to "drive progress toward broader understanding and public adoption of post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and the National Institute of Science and Technology’s (NIST) PQC algorithms,” MITRE says in a Tuesday announcement.
