NIST seeks feedback on first post-quantum algorithm standards to be required for federal agencies

The National Institute of Standards and Technology has published first drafts for public comment of three post-quantum cryptographic standards that will eventually become required for federal agencies, a move six years in the making that started with a public call for submissions to help NIST prepare for the future of securing federal networks.
