CISA sets up ‘listening sessions’ for stakeholders to weigh in on upcoming incident reporting regime

CISA will conduct a series of “public listening sessions” across the country starting Sept. 21 to gather feedback on upcoming regulations mandated by the new cyber incident reporting law, according to a notice scheduled for publication Monday in the Federal Register.
