Commerce/DHS supply chain report addresses software security, recommends incentives to build ICT manufacturing capacity

A new report from the Commerce Department and DHS emphasizes securing software supply chain as part of a larger effort to revitalize the information and communications technology manufacturing base and underscores a need to “revitalize the domestic manufacturing ecosystem” for “key” ICT projects through incentives.
