FCC launches reimbursement claim portal for Huawei rip-and-replace program

The Federal Communications Commission is now accepting applications from rural telecoms seeking reimbursement for the replacement of equipment and services from Huawei and ZTE and has launched a portal to collect submissions by eligible entities.
