Cyber Solarium staffers highlight need to mandate threat info-sharing, hunting on contractor networks

Staffers for the Cyberspace Solarium Commission highlighted the importance of the group's recommendations requiring Pentagon contractors to participate in threat information sharing programs and use threat hunting capabilities on their networks, during a Wednesday webinar.

The event focused on the military recommendations made by the commission, with the staffers emphasizing that cybersecurity vulnerabilities within the defense industrial base were "a significant concern" for the group.
