FCC seeks information from telecoms on impacts of rip-and-replace law

The Federal Communications Commission wants to hear from the telecom industry on how a recently enacted law could impact the commission’s current efforts to establish a rip-and-replace program, and what issues the FCC should consider as it implements the law that would be useful to stakeholders.
