CBO finds open-ended costs from House bill codifying DHS cyber activities
The Congressional Budget Office concludes that broad discretion provided to the Department of Homeland Security on securing the software and hardware of data networks could significantly increase the costs of a House committee-approved proposal that would codify many activities underway at DHS.
