Water industry leader calls for ‘boots on the ground’ to boost cyber resilience in small utilities

Raising the bar for under-resourced small and municipal water utilities in terms of cybersecurity preparedness requires investing in outside expertise to help organizations implement best practices, according to Kevin Morley of the American Water Works Association.
