Van Ness report examines supply-chain and other regulatory impacts on key sectors including energy

Electric utilities in the coming year will need to comply with new rules focused on protecting bulk power systems against cyber attacks, including new standards on supply-chain risk management requiring utilities to coordinate with their vendors to assess potential risks, according to a new report from law firm Van Ness Feldman.
