U.S. Chamber raises concerns over proposed eight-hour reporting window, incident access requirements for contractors

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is raising concerns over proposed requirements for federal contractors to share information on incidents within eight hours and provide “full access” to their systems in the event of a “security incident” through a rulemaking developed in response to the 2021 cyber executive order.
